Return Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

 All returns are subject to a customer incurred 25% restocking fee at the option of Psycle Workz. No returns on opened or used electrical parts. All damaged goods to be notified within 24 hours of receipt. You must return those goods at your risk and expense. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer .

On Custom ( where the product has been designed and exclusivley produced for the customer) produced products, that the customer has ordered and agreed upon, and where it would be difficult to resell, no returns are allowed unless the product does not meet the specification ordered. Psycle Workz will endeavour to work with the customer to resolve any issues.

7 Day Cooling-off period. Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, which begins on the day that they receive their purchased product. During the cooling-off period, the customer can cancel their order without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods.  Upon cancellation, Psycle Workz  will endeavour to reimburse all received funds within 30 days.

All communications made by Psycle Workz  thus far are invitations to treat only. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. You agree not to change these standard terms and conditions from the form presented by Psycle Workz. This agreement represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until acceptance by Psycle Workz. Psyle Workz reserves the right to refuse your offer for any reason.
