General Terms and Conditions

All products will be shipped within twenty eight days of receipt of order unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that stock runs out you will be contacted by phone / e-mail by a member of Psycle Workz to inform you of the new proposed delivery date. If you have any queries regarding your order status, please 'Contact Us'

The terms of the limited warranty on the product are set out in the product documentation. Psycle Workz  will at its option repair or replace any product which fails to comply with its written specifications during the relevant warranty period. All returns are subject to a customer incurred 25% restocking fee at the option of Psycle Workz. No returns on opened or custom parts that have been produced to the customers specification. All damaged goods to be notified within 24 hours of receipt. You must return those goods at your risk and expense. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer .

All communications made by Psycle Workz  thus far are invitations to treat only. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. You agree not to change these standard terms and conditions from the form presented by Psycle Workz. This agreement represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until acceptance by Psycle Workz.Psycle Workz reserves the right to refuse your offer for any reason.

On all custom work, a 50% deposit is required prior to the work being commenced.

If we discover and/or agree any variation from the initial Agreement in terms of the work required or Goods to be supplied, this shall be put verbally and / or in writing on your quotation or invoice and shall be deemed to be an amendment to the original Terms & Conditions rather than constituting a new Agreement. All work carried out that is extra to the initial quotation, can be confirmed verbally with the customer by a telephone conversation with full cost of item being agreed. Once the customer has verbally authorised and agreed to the  work, Psycle Workz  will interpret this as a legally binding contract with the customer.

You have the right to cancel at any time. We will charge you only for development work, and / or other work completed and parts actually supplied or fitted and a reasonable amount for any work actually done.

We are entitled to retain the vehicle until you have paid in full for the development work, repair, servicing and/or other work undertaken and completed.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Psycle Workz will always try and use the most cost effective way to ship goods, but will always send signed for / recorded delivery. We would advise all customers who are sending parts to us, to always send recored delivery, as Psycle Worz will not be responsible for any item that does not reach us.

Psycle Workz reserve the right to charge for the storage of customers vehicles, in the event of non -payment  or no contact. This is set at £20.00 per day from the date of delivery, and is at the discretion of Psycle Workz to waiver this charge.
